Core Technology
Focus creates expertise. Two proprietary charging technologies are behind the whole STARS WHEEL range: they are why our chargers fill a pack faster and keep it healthy for more cycles.
Intermittent pulse charging
Designed for both lead-acid and lithium packs. Current and voltage are limited, then the pack is charged in low-frequency pulses. By dynamically adjusting the pause duration and the charge delivered in each micro-period, the physical, chemical and electrical reactions inside the cell stay in phase.
Result: higher efficiency, shorter charging time, no over-charge damage and a markedly longer cycle life.
Active balancing charging
In a high-voltage pack with many cells in series, tiny differences in internal resistance make the strings drift apart: at roughly 95% state of charge one string may already be at 4.2 V while another is still at 3.9 V. The protection board then shuts the whole pack down.
Our technology monitors every string and reduces the current into the strings that are ahead, keeping all strings balanced until the pack is genuinely full.

Can you make a charger for a battery pack that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Output voltage, output current, connectors, housing colour and communication protocol can all be customised. Send us your battery specification and we will match or engineer a charger within 24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. We accept sample orders so you can test the charger with your own battery pack before committing to volume. Mixed models in one container are supported.
What is the lead time?
Standard models ship within 7 – 15 working days. Customised configurations and charging piles take longer depending on the specification; we will confirm the schedule with the quotation.
Which certifications do you have?
