1Warranty period
The warranty starts on the date the carrier marks the order as delivered.
EUC full vehicle
Motherboard / controller (incl. display), motor, and battery.
Selected components
Suspension & shock absorbers, light assemblies.
Separate accessories
Any accessory bought separately from a vehicle.

3What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use, confirmed by our technical team.
- Defective controller / motherboard causing loss of power or error codes
- Motor with abnormal noise, stator fault, or failure to spin
- Battery failing to hold charge due to a cell or BMS defect
- Suspension and lights with component-level failure
4What is not covered
- Normal wear: tires, grips, brake pads, bearings, paint, scratches
- Crashes, drops, jumps, stunts, racing, or riding beyond design limits
- Overloading beyond the stated maximum load
- Water damage: submersion, heavy rain, high-pressure washing, damp storage
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or firmware flashing
- Non-original chargers, incompatible parts, or improper installation
- Commercial use, rental fleets, courier or delivery use
- Natural battery capacity loss over time and charge cycles
5How to claim
All claims are handled by remote diagnosis and replacement parts.

Send evidence
We may ask for photos, video, error codes, App logs, current mileage, and serial number.
Get the part
If approved, we ship a replacement part. Shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Install it
Install yourself or hire a local technician. Labor cost is not covered unless pre-approved in writing.
6Costs

7Battery safety
- Only use the original charger supplied with the vehicle.
- Charge on a non-flammable surface, away from direct sun and extreme temperatures.
- Let the battery cool for at least 30 minutes after a ride before charging.
- Store at 40–60% charge if unused for more than 30 days.
- Stop riding and stop charging immediately if the battery is swollen, leaking, smells unusual, feels hot, or has contacted water.
