This is a deposit, not the wheel
You are paying $300 to reserve a unit. It is deducted from the price in full — the balance is $1,680, and the total you pay is $1,980, the same as buying outright. Nothing is added for paying in two steps.
Because a deposit is not a physical item, checkout will not ask for a shipping address and will not charge freight. We collect the address with the balance payment, when we know which warehouse your unit will ship from.

| 4. Dispatch | Once the balance clears, BEGODE ships from its overseas warehouse — the US warehouse for North America, the EU warehouse for Europe — and you get tracking. BEGODE's first batch is expected at those warehouses around early December 2026. |
Delivery timing — read this before you pay
BEGODE states that the limited first batch is expected to reach its US and EU warehouses around early December 2026. That is the manufacturer's estimate of warehouse arrival, not a promised delivery date, and warehouse processing plus final delivery come after it.
If that timing slips, you are not obliged to wait — you can cancel for a full refund of the $300 at any point before dispatch. That is the whole reason we keep the deposit small and the refund unconditional.
Who does the shipping and the service
Fulfilment and after-sales are BEGODE's, not outsourced to us. Your wheel ships from BEGODE's own overseas warehouse, and warranty work goes through BEGODE's own service network — the same parts channel as their factory.
Starswheel is the selling dealer: we take the reservation, confirm your configuration, hold it in the allocation and hand you over to BEGODE's service when something needs fixing.
One thing worth knowing now: accessories are not part of that shipment. Pads, tyres, chargers and spare parts are bought in and shipped by us from China, so if you add accessories to a wheel order they arrive separately, later, with their own tracking.

QIs the $300 deducted from the price?
Yes. It is not an extra fee. $300 + $1,680 = $1,980, which is exactly the full price of the Falcon Plus on our site. There is nothing added for paying in two steps.
QWhen do I pay the balance?
We email you a payment link when your unit is confirmed for dispatch — after we have the wheel at the warehouse and before it leaves. You do not pay the balance until the unit is physically ready to ship.
QCan I cancel?
Yes, any time before dispatch, for a full refund of the $300. No restocking fee, no conditions attached. If we cannot deliver your unit at all, you also get the full $300 back.
QDoes the deposit lock a specific tire?
It does — pick Street or Off-Road above and that is what we reserve for you. Both cost the same, and you can still change the choice before dispatch by replying to your confirmation email.
QDo I need to give a shipping address now?
No. A deposit is not a shipped item, so checkout does not ask for an address and adds no shipping charge. We take the delivery address with the balance payment, when the unit is confirmed and we know which BEGODE warehouse it will leave from.
One deposit, one unit. If you want two Falcon Plus, reserve two. This product does not ship — it is a reservation, and the wheel is ordered separately at the balance stage.
